Olivia "Oli" Kelley

Olivia “Oli” Kelley is a third-generation artist, animator, and director. Born into a creative family in Denver, Colorado, she grew up immersed in her father and grandfather’s shared studio, surrounded by oil painting, traditional techniques, and classic cartoons. After graduating from ArtCenter College of Design, she founded Studio Kömet. Kelley’s directorial debut, the award-winning short film Harry’s Comet, was produced and co-directed as her thesis project at ArtCenter College of Design. A large-scale 30-person production completed over 28 weeks. As Creative Director of Studio Kömet, she is currently developing three original animated series alongside several new short films, continuing her commitment to independent animation that blends strong narratives with imaginative visuals.
